First of all congratulations for your good score in both JEE main and your board exam.yes you are eligible for NIT,GFTI,IIIT.But with this rank chances for NITs are very low.You can get your state govment colleges. You can also get your state NITs in second or third counseling.Best of luck for your future.
Congratulations for getting 93% in class 12th. Based upon your rank in JEE Mains it is quite difficult to secure a seat in good Government engineering institute. I would suggest you to appear for state universities entrance examinations like UPSEE, IPUCET, COMDEK, MHCET, etc to get good state level government college. Private institutions are equally doing well.

Your percentile is good but rank is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have a tough chance of getting any NITs or IIITs or GFTIs.
If your luck favours then you might get some seats of lower ranked NITs and IIITs in the later rounds.
NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Goa, NIT Andhra, NITs from North-east,etc.
And some IIITs such as IIIT Guwahati, IIIT Ranchi, IIIT Kota, IIIT kancheepuram, etc.
All the best
