Hello Pranav,
Taking into account your JEE Mains rank, you will only be able to get CSE in one of the lower ranked NITs. But if you compromise with your branch and go for IT or ECE, then you can get one of the top to middle ranked NITs. Since these branches are slightly similar and you can also go for branch change after the 1st year, I would recommend you to take admission in a good NIT.
With your JEE Advanced rank, sorry but if you are a general category aspirant, then you won't be able to get any college with this rank.
Some additional information about JEE Mains: JEE Mains is an annual exam that is conducted by the National Testing Agency and the CBSE for admissions to undergraduate engineering courses in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs and other institutes. It also serves as the first stage for admission to IITs through JEE Advanced. EWS is a new category that has been created by the MHRD for economically weaker sections. 10% seats will be reserved for those candidates whose annual family income is less than INR 8 lakh per annum.
