Hey,
Your rank is not so good spot will be hard for you to enter any government engineering colleges of Andhra Pradesh. As you belong to OBC category there are slight chances that you might get an autonomous college but they will only be normal colleges.
But private colleges are always open for you with OBC rank 86500 you can also get some fee reduction as there are a lot of schemes that are started for lower class students.
You can take admission in SRM University which is a private Institute for engineering. It can be high on the economical side but overall it is great for CSE .
