Firstly, congratulations for your JEE mains rank, I'm sure you gave your best. Now , coming to your JEE Mains rank, i'll say that for a general category rank ( I'm assuming you are from general category because you didn't specify any category in particular) , your rank is too high to get in either NITs or IIITs. To get into NITs with general category, you have to have a rank between 10k, and yours is far from that, so your chances are a bit low.
