My jee mains rank is 42068 and board percentage is 95.4% overall and 97.25%(BEST OF 4) which college will be best for me if i want only CSE!

Your CRL is bit high.
As per the previous year cutoffs you have no chance of getting of CSE in Medium ranked NITs.
You can get CSE in some lower ranked NITs such as NIT Patna, NIT Durgapur, NIT Uttarakhand, NIT Goa, NIT Pondicherry, NIT Andhra, NITs from North-east,etc.
You can get some IIITs such as IIIT Delhi, IIIT Jabalpur, IIIT Nagpur,etc.
