According to past years statistics, its really tough for you to get into NIT bhopal.

moving on, you can try in colleges like,

1)NIT srinagar

2)NIT silchar

3)NIT agartala

4)NIT manipur

5)BIT Mesra

I am not sure about branch but you can probably get a seat.
