my JEE mains rank is 86000and ews category rank is13.2k, I am from Telangana. is there any chance to get admission in any nit with any branch

Getting NITS is not possible with this rank, if we look at the cutoff trends of last few years. Getting into IIITs is also tough.

Even with Home State quota, you will not be able to get into NIT Warangal under GEN-EWS seat because the closing rank is 5795 in HS Category. Also you might not be able to get into NIT with such a high rank and Other State quota if you apply for any other NIT.
