My JEE mains rank is86331 and board percentage is92 I'm in general category can I get admission in CS

Yes, you can get CS in many good colleges like NITs, IIITs and also in many Government Funded Technical Institutes(GFTIs).
About admission to NITs, it will be a little difficult for you to get, if you are from the unreserved category. But if you belong to the reserved categories, you have good chances for most of the NITs. All the best!
