Based on your category rank, under All India seat you might NOT be able to get into majority of NITs under Other State quota. However, you may have a good chance in Home State quota depending on the state. The 2019 cutoff of IIIT Pune for SC category students was as follows:-
- Electronics and Communication Engineering - AIR 7684
- Computer Science and Engineering - AIR 5791
As per the previous year cutoffs mentioned above at 20190 SC category rank, you will not get IIIT Pune. You can go for other IITs with lower cutoffs or you can also go for state level and private colleges.
