You might not be able to get into IIITs as the cutoff might not meet in your case, however, you have a decent chance in some state level colleges in the state counselling and some colleges in the GFTI category in Josaa counselling too.

Now you haven't mentioned the home state you belong to as the cutoffs for candidates in their home state are quite less compared to All India quota. With this rank, it might be difficult to get any good NITs or IIITs or CFTIs. If you have home state quota in any of these NITs or CFTIs you can expect a seat there- North East NITs, NIT Hamirpur, Assam University etc. Coming to IIITs, the SC seats gets filled within 10000 rank almost. In your previous queries, you told you belong to Uttar Pradesh. Now SC Seats in IIIT Allahabad usually filled within 4000 rank. Regarding your query I would like to inform you that inspite of being an aspirant of reserved quota, you don't have any kind of possibility to get admission in any topmost and esteemed IIITs in India through 15% AIQ with this performance in JEE MAIN 2020. Because according to the previous year's (2019) details being SC cateogory student you had to secure atleast 11-12k rank on the basis of General Merit rank to get chance in this kind of eminent institutions where your category rank is above 20k i.e. your GMR must be above 1.5 lakh. Though previous year's cut-off change state to state on the basis of several determining factors, but it can be surely assumed that the cut-off ranks can't be too much increased to become 1.5 lakh this year.

Moreover You don't have mentioned your State, so I can't make any comment about your possibilities in State Counselling. However if you belong to Kerala, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh then there's a little hope to get admission in IIIT Kottayam, IIIT Kanchipuram and IIIT Gwalior through 85% Home State quota. Moreover since you're a SC canditate, your ranks are suitable for several renowned Engineering colleges in your state, so don't forget to apply for State Level Counselling procedure.
