my jee mains score is 75 and expected boards% is 95 and I belong to obc category. Can I get a seat in sastra university or thapar university

You have chances in Sastra University and less chances in Thapar University.

Based on your marks your expected category rank will be around  55,000.

You can get good private college in other states like: Haryana, UP, West Bengal, Punjab, Rajasthan, Maharashtra. Most of the states have reservation for other state students in private colleges based on JEE Main score/rank.

You need to apply separately for them.
