Hi Kaushik !This is Neeraj Atluri.Congrats for scoring a good rank in JEE MAINS.NIST(National Istitute of Science and Technology) is one the best college in India because it is accredited by NAAC with A grade.So large number of students apply for this college.As you are applying for the best streams in engineering, So in my view it is difficult to get a seat in your prefered streams,but sometimes luck my favour you .So apply for admission.

But you can definitely get ECE /it /electronics and instrumentation..
