As per your category rank in jee mains 2019 you cannot get any govt engineering colleges and your desire branch ,i would advice you to look some good private engineering college with good national ranking and placements

Your Jee score is very low . There is very less chance of getting government college with your Jee score .
If your state government college takes candidate on the basis of the Jee main score then where you have greater chances of getting a seat . But for cse it is quite difficult .
