My jee percentile is 83.5. Does i am able to get admission in PDPU college gandhinagar or MIT pune for petroleum engineering.

You may get these colleges on the basis of your JEE mains score card.
As they are state engineering college so their cut off won't be high as of NITs/IIITs/GFTIs.
You have chances that you may get.You should apply for counselling.
