my jee percentile is 83.83 after Sept exam and I belong to gen ews.may I get any nit or not and I belong to karnataka

This percentile is very less to get seat in nits, also your home state won't be so helpful. From my experience the only option for you is to look forward for iiits or state colleges if you are not dropping this year.
