Simply visit College Pravesh and check for the GFTIs last year's cutoffs.
If you're a Delhite try NSUT/ DTU for lower/ new branches as this year they've increased their campuses and seats via JAC Delhi counselling.
Try IP also for the top 4 colleges only.
PS: You being a girl can also apply for IGDTUW via JAC Delhi Counselling.

Hello Aspirant,
Yes of course you cant seat in JOSAA counselling but not in good institutions. Because according to the category and rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs but yes you can get some of the moderate NITs like NIT Goa, NIT Hamirpur, NIT Meghalaya and likewise provided that you deserves Home state quota for them as per previous year's cut-offs. You can check out the list of college which you can get on such rank :-

But yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
So you can use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict your chances of admission in different engineering colleges of India :-
