My jee percentile is 98.01 and my obc rank 5072 but my board percentage is 63.5 should I get dtu ,nsit..or nits

Based on the previous year cutoff, following are the inferences:
NIST - If you belong to Delhi region, your rank will be accepted for all branches. If you belong to outside Delhi region, apart from CSE branch, your rank will be accepted by rest.
DTU - If you belong to Delhi region, apart from CSE branch, your rank will be accepted by rest.
Also, you will be eligibile for many NITs.
PS. Thesen are the ranks for round 1.
