Hello Aspirant,
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Maharashtra according to your profile and category as general.
According to such category and the rank you have mentioned in the question you have no chances of getting in to VNIT Nagpur as per previous year's cut-off. As cut-offs for this year is not declared yet so we can guide you on the basis of previous year's cut-offs which are given below :-
Closing rank for Male in 2019 was 38164 for Mining Engineering under Home state quota.
For complete details about previous year's cut-offs refer the link given below :-

Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of previous year's cut-off and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
However I would recommend you to use JEE-Main College Predictor to predict the chances of your admission in different colleges based upon your percentile and category :-

VNIT Nagpur ranks among the Top 10 NITs of our Country with good infrastructure, faculty and placements. In spite of having Home Advantage or not, you need to secure a Rank of atleast 25-30k in JEE Mains to secure your seat in NIT Nagpur. At your rank, even if you have certaib categorical advantages, you might not make it to VNIT Nagpur be it in JOSAA or CSAB Rounds.
