It is difficult to tell you exactly which college you get with the percentile you given but according to previous year stats and cutoff it is difficult for you to get into NIT and IIIT .

Since the score quoted be you is not upto which is required by NIT's and IIIT'S is quite difficult to get admission into them as they ask for percentile above 97 .
