My jeemains obc rank is 63000 and all India rank is 201236 can i get seat in any college with this rank

Yes your are qualified for any college addmisision ,but this marks is not enough to get addmisision in govt. College ,you need to score more to get a good institute.college getting is not a biflg deal .even negative mark student gets a college .its better to understand that getting a good college is prior.
