as per JAC list, UIET and CCET doesn't offer aerospace course in their respective curriculum. You can try for other branches in UIET Chd, UIET hoshiarpur and CCET if you are interested. Otherwise there are more options for going to any reputed private institutes too, for example; Amity, SRM university LPU, VIT ,etc. if you are not restricted to fee structure.
But from my point of view, you should take admission in any of the above mentioned GFTIs from JAC.
