my jimper % is 68.74 and in over all merit list it is shown as eligible whether i will be able to attend conselling section?

hi,
yes, eligible means eligible for counselling but sorry to say that your percentile is way too less for admission.i am teling you this because eligibility for counseling doesnt ensure you a seat.
