My JKCET rank is 149 (RBA) 2018.will i get GCET jummu civil

I'm not sure about the actual marks but one must get under 1000 rank in JKCET to ensure admission in GCET and coming to civil engineering it requires around 1300 rank but during counselling, it can upgrade too rest depends upon the counselling session.
