No brother. Your rank is too low for you get a MBBS private college. You might be getting a deemed college only at your rank and it won't have fees in the range of 8 lakhs. It will certainly be having fees in the range of 15-20 lakhs per annum.

So you can think of taking a drop if you are so dedicated towards doing MBBS OR some other courses like BPT BAMS BHMS in private colleges will be quite possible at this marks.
