my kcet 2021 rank is 9.6k(GM),which are the colleges that I can apply for cs branch? can i get a seat in cs branch of rvitm,bmsit or dsce?

As per your KCET rank and in General Merit category , you may get your preferred three colleges but not in CS branch . The following branches is available for you in your mentioned colleges based on last year cut off trends :
- RV College of Engineering, Bangalore

2. BMS college of engineering

- Biotechnology
- Chemical
- Mechanical
3. Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore
- Aeronautical-11575
- Biotechnology-23349
- Instrumentation-32478

Well, you can get CS branch in the following colleges :
- New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore
- Vidyavardhaka College of Engineering, Mysore
- KLS Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi
- SDM College of Engineering and Technology, Dharwad and some more
But , you need to remember that .. every year's cut off can change for some reasons like seat capacity , difficulty level of exam etc.
