As you have not mentioned your Category, I'm considering it as General Category and providing information based on it.

Cut-offs varies from year to year and depends on many factors like

*Number of students appeared in the exam

*Category

*Difficulty level of the exam

*Number of seats available, etc.

It is difficult to get Veterinary seat in Government Colleges for your KCET Rank,  based on previous years closing ranks and cutoffs and they may vary from year to year. So give a try by applying for counselling and if you won't get in Government Colleges then try for normal seat in Private Colleges or Management quota seat.
