My kcet rank is 25586... i come under reservation 3BG ... may i know my chances in NHCE.. i am looking for civil engg.

As your rank is above 20k in KCET and with this rank there are no chances of getting admission in any campus by the KCET.As maximum rank required for the admission by KCET is under 20k.and as your rank is above 20k so there are less chances of getting any college by KCET.But still you can apply if you are interested.As there are very less cahnces of getting any branch in any campus.
