my kcet rank is 73563 in engeneering can i get CSE seat in rymec college

You haven' t mentioned your category, the cut off is category, institute and branch specific. Assuming that you belong to general category you do not have chances to get seat in Computer Science Engineering in Rao Bahadur Y. Mahabaleswarappa Engineering College Bellari because the last year in round 2 of KCET counselling was 34566 for general category. To get seat in CSE in the preferred institute you need to secure a rank in between 30000-35000.
