Yes you would get adided or unaided seat in bvbcet hubli for cs branch or ec branch (as you belong to 3B with snq) the cutoff ranks given to 3B category were 17486 ( cs branch) and 21375 (enc) so you very well hold a chance in getting an adided seat as you hold a good rank which falls within the cutoff ranks in 2018.
