My kcet ranking is 74389 and I have only SNQ quota can I get government engineering college devagiri (haveri) in civil branch

Hope you are doing well. First of all let me inform you that all the students having an annual income below 6 lacs are eligible for SNQ quota and only the candidates who are having least annual income compared to others are provided with SNQ quota. So by this, I can infer that you belong to GM category. Sorry to inform you that you cannot get a seat for Civil Engineering in Government Engineering College Haveri with this rank. Previous year, the cutoff rank for Civil Engineering for GM category was 51521. Even this year it is expected to be the same. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

Sir I belongs to 3B category can I get seat at least in 3rd round.

Sorry but these information was based on the cutoff rank of 3rd round.. and even for 3B category the cutoff was almost similar.

I am really sorry but i didnt find any kind of SNQ quota. Here are the list of categories which exist:
1G,1K,1R,2AG,2AK,2AR,2BG,2BK,2BR,3AG,3AK,3AR,3BG,3BK,3BR,GM,GMK,GMR,SCG,SCK,SCR,STG,STK,STR.
you can get a seat if you belong to the following categories:
1)1G
2)2BG
3)AK
4)SCG
5)SCR
