Hope you are doing well. You can get a seat in the engineering college with this rank. But you cannot expect a seat in the top colleges. As you also know that your rank is not appreciative. Some of the colleges are HKBK College Of Engineering, Girijabai Sail Institute Of Technology Karwar, Ghousia Engineering College and so on. I would suggest you to wait till the last round so that you may get slight better options. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.

With a kcet rank of 98512 there are no colleges available to you. You can try getting admission in congestion of you have scored good percentage in your 12th boards. If none of the above works you can get admission through management or vacany quota.
