my kcet ranking is quite higher than the cutoff but my intrest is to do b.sc agriculture.so can i get payment seat in dharwad or raichur agri colleges?am i still have the time to get admission?if yes plss what is the fee for ST catogary?

You didn't mention your rank dear. But for agriculture you have to require good score dear. And also required 10th and 12th result score which is very good. If you are higher marks in kcet then you cannot get in government agriculture college. You would choose the private agriculture college. But if your 10th and 12th marks is low then the chances will be low for admission dear. And it's difficult to predict us without knowing your rank that which college you will get.
