My keam 2019 engineering rank is 12357 ,But I am not allowed to any colleges.Is there any chance for admission?

Your rank is quite good, if at this time you didn't get any college than I didn't think you have a chance because keam cutoff based on category that means 50% for unreserved category and rest for reserved category. Wait for the final/last list maybe you got a college.
