Your KPGCET score and rank depends on the following factors:

1. The total number of candidates who appeared for the exam.
2. The difficulty level of the exam.
3. Previous year cut-off for KPGCET.
4. Total seats available for the course.

If there were too many candidates who wrote the exam, you have a good rank. If the question paper was difficult and you scored 65, then it can be considered a good score depending on how difficult the questions were.
