Hello,

First you need to get rid of all distractions and prepare yourself physically and mentally to sit and study. Get a place to occupy by all yourself and make sure that you do not have disturbance and your surroundings must be quite. Start studying for a short period of time, say, like 30-45 minutes. It is okay even if you study for a short time but you need to concentrate completely for these 30-45 minutes. Take short breaks in between and relax. You don't have to study for hours together but when you study make is worthwhile. Do some physical exercises or meditation for at least 20 minutes, this will help you keep active and calm.
