If you want to apply for the JNU for the respective examination, you can apply even if the result for the degree program has not yet declared. This is because even candidates who are in the last year are equally eligible to apply for the program. However, you need to submit the requisite certificates once the counselling process begin, otherwise the admission is liable to get cancelled.
