My main sub. in class 12 were Eng, Accounts, Phy. Ed, B. St & Eco. Can I calculate Best of 4 including physical and excluding economics?

Yes, you can. In order to calculate best 4 percentage, subject with more marks is considered. So whatever subject you scored more in, will be considered. If you are applying for an Economics course however, Economics will be taken as a compulsory subject.
