My mains percentile is 99.58 and rank is 4985 what are the chances of getting nit trichi?

First of all congratulations for your performance. NIT Trichi is one of the best NITs in India and thus is highly sought after. It's CS branch gets filled within 1500 rank. So you can see the competition for the college. Going by the trends of previous year, your rank is enough for you to secure a seat in NIT Trichi with every branch except core ones like Mechanical, CSE,ECE, etc. I would like to tell you I am just considering other state general quota seats. If you are eligible for any quota, you might even get a core branch in NIT Trichi. Mechanical Engineering, last year closed on 4508. And if you get lucky, that's the best branch you can secure but again the chances are very moderate.
As far as getting a seat in NIT Trichi, you are definitely getting a seat in that college with your rank. I am attaching the article for you to see the cutoffs of last year for different branches. NIT Trichi cutoffs 2018 . I hope it helps.

Actually in General-EWS category my rank is 515 and I have no idea regarding branches and Colleges. So, please can you guide me that what are best chances for me in which college and branch.

See, what are the best branches and colleges for you is not for me to decide. It depends on your interest but I can tell you your rank is very very good. Consider this, last year the colleges you were getting as general in 25k rank, you will be getting it under ews in 29k rank. That is the difference. So you can choose the colleges accordingly.
