Hi Satyam if you aim to work less and get paid more then and I don't think there is any job aur work profile that will give you such a leisure. If there was any such profile you would find everyone working in that same field. Every job has its own difficulties and challenges and upon crossing the challenges you are paid a lot. Since you are just starting your career I would recommend that you keep an attitude of working a lot even if it does not pay you much now because once you have created value for yourself in the beginning of your career your work will get easier and you will get paid more as and when you to get experience in that field. So for now focus on getting as much experience as you want in the field that you are interested in and surely after gaining enough experience your job will get easier  and you get paid a lot. And by easier do not mean that the job will be easy but you will have to work less hours and have more responsible work to do.
