My mark is 294,sc category, tamilnadu, will I get government medical college in all India quota &state quota

With this score its difficult to get a seat under the 15% AIQ. However you do stand a chance under the 85% state quota.

Government Thoothukudi Medical College-264
Kanyakumari Government Medical College, Asaripallam-267
However since this analysis is on the basis of last years cutoffs nothing can be absolutely ascertained since cutoff trend tends to vary every year.
