With 393 marks if you belong to general category then it will be a bit difficult to get any medical college. If you belong to any reserved category then you might get private medical seat in your domicile state through state quota. As per previous year cut off a candidate must score above 500 marks to be at safer side to get any college. However i provided a link below which can help you to find college.
