my mark is 487 in NEET 2021 can I able to get Government medical College in Tamilnadu as number of Sikhs were increasing this year?

First of all what you have mentioned in the second part of your query is irrelevant to your question. Secondly, the cut offs keep varying each year as it depends on a lot of factors such as the number of students appearing, the difficulty level of the exam etc. However, with the scores you have secured,which are good, but may not be enough to get you into a government college.
