You haven't mentioned your Category. To be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects in theory and secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So if you fulfil this criteria, you are eligible for NEET. Or else do help us with the pass marks in Theory and your Category and we shall help you.

Yes. Both theory and practical marks are counted. You should pass in theory and considering Theory and Practicals, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 40% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
