my marks are 135 out of 240 in manipal mock entrance test on 19th April 2021 (4pm to 6pm) which branches can I expect in manipal main campus

Based on the given score the overall rank might be over 8000. The actual score and rank may vary as you it is the marks scored in mock test and the score in the entrance exam may vary. Also the rank depends on total number of candidates appeared, highest score and least score. Considering the previous year cut off you may get seat in the following branches in MIT, Manipal
