Dear aspirant , 154/200 is really a good score in MET. There are good chances of getting a decent rank on this score which will land you to CSE. It is a bit difficult to predict what would be your rank at this marks as it depends upon certain conditions like number of candidates appearing in that examination,number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut off, difficulty level of the paper.

But on a general basis as per my knowledge I would say in these marks your rank would be somewhat around 1.3k and you do have fair chances to get cse at manipal main campus. But note that these things vary in these private college examination.
