It is a rare situation where a student face such situations while writing the exam, No problem you can always contact the BITSAT team or Mail the screenshots of the marks i.e first exam  marks and second exam marks, They will reply you within 2-3 working days

If you are really sure that you scored more than the marks shown then I would suggest you to send mail to the authorities associated with BITSAT.You can check for the contact information in the official website of BITSAT.You can tell them about malfunction occurred.I am sure they will seek for it and update your marks.
