This is because,

To be eligible for neet, you should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got:-

• at least  50  % in aggregate of PCB  i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  in 12th examination  if belongs to general category

• at least  40%  in aggregate of PCB if belongs to  Obc/ Sc /st category

• at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

Your aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology  is

=  50    +     56    +    69

=   175 marks

=( 175  /  300  x  100 )%

=    58.3 % i. e more than 50% so you are definitely eligible  for neet  2021 examination  .

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by 31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

As per the aggregate calculated for PCB combination you are eligible for NEET because to appear in NEET one should have PCB as compulsory subject group with English in class 12th and should have passed with minimum 50% aggregate marks in PCB and also should have passed in English subject.

Also if you are eligible according to above subject combination then you should have your age in between 17-25 years on December 31st 2021 if you want to appear for NEET 2021.
