Hey, you doesn't qualify the basic requirement of 75 % in 12th so it's hard to get college in JEE Mains.

i am assuming your rank to be in the reserved category like SC/ST .based on that it is sure that you will not get a seat in any government institution.better apply for the other colleges or apply for long term for the better results in the next year examination.all the very best for your future.
