my marks in Gate EE 2019 (66.33) in sc category....can I get any psu or old IIT for m.tech? pls help....

But my rank is 3674...I have read on quora that sc students get the psu only under the rank of 2000 or max 2500...

Should I join M. Tech or should wait for psu calls?
