my marks in neet 2018 are 427 and AI rank is 57982 and OBC rank 23679,which state i have to choose to get seat in govt medical college?

You can apply for any colleges in All India counselling. But since it has already started, I think you are asking about state counselling. Well, you can apply only in your state as far as state counselling is concerned.

I would like to add that at this rank, you have fair chances of selection. If you want to know about cutoff trends in past few years of any state, please mention it.

thanks....actually i wants to know that which state will be better to get govt MBBS medical college to me as per some previous years cutt off of various states.
